One of the important lessons imparted by the margarita group (they do not yet have a name for their product) at LPC Regis last December l0, 2011 was to be process oriented. This is an important rule for 6 sigma. Certain ingredients must be mixed first. Like TTL said, the sugar and the food color must be mixed first since they have the most ingredients. And so on. The throughtput EDS portion of the business plan which contains the process details reminds us to be process oriented.
Different sequence of process may lead to different outputs. This is very evident in food preparation
