In our faculty conference for the last two days, it was explained that the new Pope has something which his predecessor do not have: a forceful personality and a different style.
There was resignation before from former Pope because he could not tame the curia - the elephant at Vatican which has resisted change.
Pope Francis has been listed as the model in the conference as the standard for change management. But is he really the model in change? Can he change the curia of the Vatican?
What is the meaning of this if he fails to tame the curi?
