II.                  Executive Summary
<to follow; must complete I-VII first>  <correct the last to be written>
III.                Business Proponent
1.       Financial Backers / Mobilizers
The main expenses of the company will include computer hardware (laptops, webcams, speakers, headsets), a sturdy internet connection, mobile phones and phone lines, salaries & reimbursements and electricity.  There is very little inventory as all documents are soft copy, cloud computing will be strongly used and all interview processes are initially done online.
Apart from a starting capital of PHP 1,000,000, the company may need to secure a loan of PHP 500,000 from the bank to cover for initial expenses.  It is expected that the company will not be able to recover revenues in a month's time; however, earnings will show beginning the second or third month.
2.       Technology / process holders
For sourcing purposes, access to postings in Jobstreet and Jobs DB are needed.  Pricing will depend on the negotiation for the number of ads to be used in a given year.  Linked In will also be used for sourcing candidates.  The company can start with its free service until it should reach a point of extending to its paid service in order for the company to gather more candidates.
For the recruitment process per se, Skype will be the main tool for video conferencing. Mialexi can use Skype for free in the initial stages but may need to upgrade to the Professional Version upon growth to be able to use its other functions such as three-way video conference.
Initial tool needed is knowledge on MS Excel and MS Access for database management.  As the company grows, there should be an investment on Taleo system for recruitment as the main database management tool.  Account management can also be done via Sales Force (uses cloud computing) as its CRM system.  Same as with other freeware, the company may need to invest on its paid services upon growth and expansion,   /

3.       Company Hierarchy
The organization is small and flat, with the entrepreneur acting as head of operations and head of sales.
The President / CEO will be handle several roles such as client services manager (frontliner to clients), business development head, marketing and communications head, finance head (decision maker), business operations head and human resource head.  The roles may change and be distributed upon expansion.
Recruitment Consultants will perform end to end recruitment, beginning with research and sourcing of candidates to interviews over the phone or through video conference, preparation of candidate reports and background check.  There is 1 recruitment consultant to handle the entire Asian market and another recruitment consultant to handle Europe and the Americas.
The Accountant will be in charge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Accounting, Payroll and Benefits Administration.  He/she will also handle collections.
The Admin Assistant will manage day to day activities in the office such as company supplies, employee attendance, procurement and other administrative functions.  He/she may also act as a secretary in absence of the President / CEO.
The IT Specialist / Web Developer will be in charge of all technical functions in the company, including maintenance of laptops and the company's website.  He will play a major function as sourcing and business development is mostly technology-based.  There is no physical server to maintain as cloud computing will used significantly.  The IT Specialist needs to be an expert in Linux / Ubuntu as the operating system. <only top and middle management at the orgnization.  the rest are the eds)
IV.                Primary Target Market and Main Value Proposition
a.       CUSTOMERS
The Primary Target Market for the business is composed of BPOs and shared services in Metro Manila area in need of multilingual speakers.  These companies are keen on completing their headcount for particular accounts from abroad.  They need not have strong background in dealing with different cultures but they must be open to engaging new cultures to be brought in by new employees.  (would you have profile and what do they want and need?>
b.      SIZE / LOCATION
It is a niche market; not all companies in the BPO or shared service industry are looking for bilingual speakers.  Research on the PTM can be done by inquiring each BPO for their open positions and by checking job postings in online ads and newspapers.  Major companies will post ads for positions they have difficulty filling.
c.       MAIN VALUE PROPOSITION < to the PTM how is it unique vs other service provider?>
There is a growing market in the Philippines for bilingual job openings in the call center and shared services industry.  The trend has started a few years ago when Chinese companies moved their back office and support operations of their gaming companies in the Philippines due to certain policies in China which hinder them from operating.  Soon, the US market has considered moving their Spanish accounts locally to support the Hispanic groups in the US.  Other languages soon followed (French, German, Portuguese, Bahasa) and are increasing regularly (Hungarian, Swedish, Dutch, Russian) especially in line with the economic crises in Europe.
The demand is high yet the supply in the Philippines is scarce.  Companies cannot afford to spend much on advertising and promotions for these positions abroad, considering the time and effort HR needs to spend in sourcing the right candidates.  Many recruitment firms aim to assist companies using the same strategy they have in endorsing candidates.  This has caused the same companies to tap the same pool of local talent without any assurance on their skill and commitment.
This is where Mialexi Communication becomes a solution for them.  Mialexi, a multilingual recruitment service provider, focuses on searching worldwide the right talent for each position, helping the BPOs save time and money in recruiting for these specialized positions.

<  work in progress.  thanks for striving to get a grade with the draft>
