There are various books on making money   One which lists 1000 ways of making money lists thousand businesses to enter into to make money:   laundry, selling newspapers, writing books, articles, selling this and that Making hobbies become source of revenues.

But this post thinks that the secret to making money are:

    1  scalability

    2.  multiplying yourself

    3.  automation

In Andrew Groves book Hight Outputs Management  this is equivalent to:   one time set up.   In Dan Martell article, this is coding a programming, a formula that opens up skies as it were to make money.  Why had you not thought of this before.

This falls under the parable of the talents where it is suggested that you multiply yourself so that you can pay oof the master   It is our mandate to take charge of the worlds resources for the good of others

This would be really a formula where the idea of making money becomes autormated and it happens not because it has your personal attention but it goes on and on because of a formula, because of an automation and it does not need necessarily hard assets or brute force.  It simply needs intelligence.

Such idea as OPM, APPS, Other Peoples Labor.   As a software:   an MS DOS, a platform a portal where all transactions pass.

Eg.    say A Home Depot outlet, where 90% of the goods are consignment.  All you need is a large space where all other goods can be displayed for contractors and homebuilders to see.

Or as Megawide, where panels are built to speed up cheaply construction of high rise.  

We can substitute sweet potato for rice, and invent more sweet potato harvester

If I were to be given another life, (as what MVP is doing now) I would engage in agri business, to help solve malnutrition and solve problems in food purchase and poverty.   The problem is high price of rice  We can engage in low cost sweet potato farming  and make this as alternative to rice

Sweet potato harvester are in existence   We can engage our fabricators to make big harvester.  Be a big time sweet potator farmer....

It is time well spent rather than devoting time to elections, quadcom, impeachment,  ICC.  Let us do something for the country, its food security and future of Filipinos

This is the reason why USA is very rich and wealthy.  Their agriculture is so massively productive.  Very few laborers are required to plant or harvest their products.  They use machinery to plant and harvest.  Machines do much of the job for them

Compare this to 3rd world countries.  We engage in back breaking labor to plant and harvest.  They do this fast and easy.

We can benchmark the agricultural model, buy the machine and benchmark them

Making money or making suggestions on how to make money is not taught in college.   Call it conspiracy theory:     capitalists want you enslaved and live off on your salary, schools make you believe that going to college is the only way to get a job and earn your money.   Street smarts develop their understudy, people who want to escape poverty eventually learn how to make money, more money.

New ways of being a street scavenger.

      A recyclists does collect recyclables the good old way.  Going around with a bike collecting from peoples trash bin or dumper trash and selling them to scrap yard or recycling facility and thus tend to earn pretty much the same, day in and day out.

     A student suggested to a scrap collector to invest in plastic trash cans at a cost of $1@ and printing the phone numbere and address so that the reader who has the trash bin can call the scavenger to pick up the trash.   Have a system and be innovative

Advice to a a cab rider

    A cab driver was interviewed how much $ he makes a day.  He says net of everything and boundary about $800.00 a day.   or $24,000 per month.  However when he trasnports a passenger to airport his income can jump up to $1,000 per day.  He can charge as much as $1,500 per trip.

   So why doesnt the cab driver generate that much revenue.  Because he does not know when a passenger goes to the airport.

   Suggestion:

   1.  Talk to hotel clerks porter to have them call/him whenever a hotel customer looks for taxi to the airport.  He splits the revenue 10 -80% Employ Midas touch

   2.  Overcoming limitation of just being one.  Multiplying yourself.    

Build a network of other cab driver 3 to 10.   Split revenue 70 -30.     You get 60% net after the tip to the hotel and revenue sharing with other driver.   You still earn 60%.  But say x this by 10 .  You get $6,000 insteal of just $800.00.   Smark eh

This discussion miight border on scamming.  Was reflecting on how our small business grew and flourished.   Our path  followed the path prescribed by a British Mogul  ie no 4 rule -  get the cash, an advance, a prepayment from customer.  As we do with contractor.   DP for making a contract, a program, a building.  If your solution /product is outstanding.

We followed thisi model for most of our projects. Now the projects have customers, have employees, have suppliers, have jobs and economic activity that sustains the LGU and probably the nation.

From Zero to One by Peter Thiel of Paypal.  Many do not go by way of large equity or huge debt or financial resources to get started  Many big companies started on meager budget  Like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs.  

There was a discussion with a group of agents/brokers who were amazed that a group was able to control a project and is now on forefront of runaway sales success and wre amazed how the project was put together and acquired.   IN this manner

Our group has been offered a nearly 4 hectare project semi developed and the deal has been languishing since October.   It could not be blamed on us, but on the licensed real estate broker.

Two things are pending with the broker:

1.  We have requested a marketing plan since the person said that the project could be marketed fast;  we do not know anybody at the locality.  In the discussion last Tuesday, there were many details which were clearly selfish and excuses;   so an LOI to market was supposed to be marketing.   And said that the deal cant push through without the marketing plan.

2.  There is a major issue on the project.  It having been registered with the regulatory agency has a mention of a contractor who is declared as a developer.  We asked her to research this:    at DHSUD and Register of Deeds, as this agreement could have been registered.   Again excuses.    The lack of research and thoroughness, for a broker now, under very strict professional regulations, cant to my mind is up par with what a broker should be doing.  She is bound to have 7 figures income on this deal.  Not very professional and thorouh in her job.

I would like to think that the broker is not focussed on this deal, she has so many things in her plate, and lacks time and concentration to finish the deal.  It is challenging to call, or get her follow up on the deal

Despite efforts by govt agencies to up the competence of broker, its not happening.   Lack of desire for self improvement has something to do with this?

Its not surprising that not much is happening by way or personal and professinal growth
