What? The President of the Philippines Must Apologize to the Hostage Victims' Relatives

Our generation needs an ENTREPRENEURIAL REVOLUTION.

We condole with the victims and families of those who died in the tragic hostage taking involving a police officer. But asking PNOY to apologize?

We are reminded when the drug mules (who included a popular actress) was scheduled to be executed, there were intercessions from the 2nd highest official of this land, and which were ignored.  We are to be reminded by that incident, that their country is a sovereign state that exercises its own right in its own justice system.  Here too must we remind our friends that this country, despite its weaknesses and challenges. is a sovereign state whose leader needs respect. ( I am no foreign policy expert though, my humble musings only)

The perpetrator paid with his own life and many people were punished for bungling the rescue and there were a lot of chest beating for not doing their job well.

The event, while tragic, does not require the humiliation of our country's leader.  As many of our OFW are violated abroad or are killed or unjustly treated,  many  disappointed diplomats  come home empty handed; being reminded or rebuked that every nation is sovereign that has its own right of self rule that needs  respect of other sovereign nation.

Maybe this blog will apologize but please not our President, please.  Sorry he is our President.

We can develop entrepreneurship if we respect the leader who promote a strong sense of nationhood.  Entrepreneurship is also about able leadership.  It is personal mastery.
