There is the wrong and right way to do your marketing via email.  Email is really a part of modern times.  It is economical (no need for envelopes, bond paper and stamps) and is instant.   However, you can do it wrong.  Some tips from Mark Hunter:

l.  Subject line should be short, concise, and catchy.  50 characters for regular PC and 25 characters for mobile;

2.  Length:    as in blog, the ideal length is max of 100 words.

3.  Content:   you must engage the reader (not inform only) and therefore you must be relevant.
