ReplyDeleteTopic Is it better to be loved or fear as a Leader?
The perfect leader that ever lived in this earth is the Lord Jesus Christ Himself, there are many influential Leaders lived, they become great leaders, they gain powers and dominion, they been feared, but their leadership did not last, they become powerful for a moment, However Jesus Christ leadership is out of love and His influence and power as a leaders is felt by all.
So My belief is if you want a lasting power and dominion on your leadership be loved by those you lead and not feared.
