A cousin who specialized into OB gyne (she has been an MD since l986) has been very enterprising. She put up a condorm in Eloisa in Sampaloc Corte Fragata. Some units are available for sale. The 9 storey, 26 unit condo caters to reviewers, students, working professionals in the Sampaloc area. She has easy 5 year easy rent to own plan.
She also has a medical spa and OB Gyne clinic for deliveries (normal and CS) and Ultrasound. She was the first to own, in the Laguna and Rizal Area
She underwent training for cosmetic surgery at CSI and lately at Southcoast Southcoast Urogyn for cosmetic vaginal surgery which is a growing trend in the USA for aging baby boomers who are now into their 60s.
