Successful proteges, making success out of former trainees and subordinates
Ateneo Professor on Entrepreneurship
Rizal Philippines
July 12, 2019
A former staff has just contacted me via Messenger and he had good news for me. He has been away for almost a decade and used to be a chief in one of the SBUs in the north. I forgot why he went away. He said:
1. He is running a marketing arm nationwide and he has about 1,000 marketers on
commission basis; Zonal Marketing and Development...
2. He has a lending company;
3. He is now into pocket development. He flips properties build and sell
We are setting a meeting and will discuss the possibility of:
1. Getting him to market our memorial plan (as added income for his staff)
2. To beef our marketing efforts in areas where we lack said resources as in
Northern Luzon and maybe at Mimaropa
Congrats. It makes us happy to know that of so many people we train, some come out winners. Most of the our trainees now are selfish and lack the capability for doing their best and being winners.
