China proposed to finance this rail project.  But backed out and quarters said it is dead.    Then they talked about PPP now it is rumored to be a PPP project and ROW acquisition is underway   Had there been no corruption, the train could have been built...

But they say Japn will take over the lending.   Let us see.  But if it pushes through, I want I visualize us to be there at the major cities mentioned.
