Many businesses are flipping. Trading. Buy low sell high and sometimes they do not look good. There may be no real value added to this
Who are the flippers:
1. Stock brokers, real estate brokers
2. Other traders
3. Investment brokers
4. Ordinary John and Jane.
Flipping simply means you buy a property cheap from an auction or forfeiture and you remodel fix it, repackage this put ribbons and wrappers and resell this at a hgher price.
Many prefer this because it can be quick there is little commitment on the product, servicing cost, and therefore it means high ROI, especially if there is low DP or upfront paymentt required. OPM can be practiced to the hilt here.
