Abandoning the input first mindset to be true entrepreneur start up; provide value/service first

Nation building via learning and being the best in business

We are often living in the mindset  of old businessman - INPUT FIRST.  You need capital to: rent an office, pay employees, etc.   Its an employee mindset.   Poor mindset.  But the businessman in the video a businessman emphasized that you PHP or $ is the last or inconsequential in starting a business.  There are 3 things you must give priority to:

       SERVICE
       SYSTEM
       SCALING UP.

So first find a problem and provide a solution.

Following Vance advice Arthur looked at a specific logistic problem he want to solve.   He emailed 50 logistics company and until he finally got one respondent.  He would be paid $6,000 if he got the solution by Friday.  Then he got his $6,000.   He having now proof, emailed the rest of the 49 who turned him down, and offered $2,000 monthly subscription for using his solution.  He got 3, grossing him $6,000 per month.  He eventually grossed $8,000.

So Vance was right.

Input paradigm shouldnt exist in the mind of the entrepreneur

Can the Phil govt pay back its P15 trillion debt?

Looking forward to the future of business

The video said there is nothing to worry about.  Its a lot of mumbo jumbo.

The total debt is divided into:   P10 trillion local debt and P5 trillion foreign debt.  This is riskier.
because of limited FX and very low interest rate at 0.01 %.    And is therefore affordable

And also look at FX reserve of Philippines.  which stands at  $100 billion or P5.8 trillion.

But its worrisome too.   At say  3% for foreign, and 6.5% domestic debt, debt service would be

         P5 trillion   x 3%     =  P150 billion

         P10 trillion x 6.5%  =  P650 billion

         Total                              800 billion

How much of the BIR collection      How much did BIR  collect in 2023 - P2.5 trillion
Debt service would roughly be 30% of local revenues.    That is a lot.

And our govt managers are borrowing like crazy to finance welfare and other non productive enterprises.   We should be aware

What:  ABE on the importance of the company vision statement

2.  To ensure the future growth and profitability of the group

3.  To make sure that every body understands the priority, the right thing to do so that wrong moves are avoided.

Reality:

1.  Many projects:  crematorium are in limbo, recruitment at Chapel Memorial Services do not happen, the Interment Services are neglected, (the funds are not processed at once, and inefficiency on this portion of the business remain.  Repairs of the equipment for the memorial services are unattended to

2. Not to be outdone in this pursuit are two leading memorial parks aggressively investing huge sums for memorial park jv and /or purchase;  on the other hand SPLP are making it great.

3.  The future of memorialization as foreseen by this post is in the services:   cremation, memorial services (funeral and interment) Thus these three components are in its vision for the next five years:   cremation, chapel services, and columbarium

4.  Many just  pay lip service to the vision statement

     Why funeral services:
