We have made that as unwritten rule of the thumb that our project must be located not more than 3 km from the church. It matters now because the site we are looking at looks to be 6 km away from the town proper. And may look not very attractive to the buyers. Although the municipal institution is about 5 km away, its a short distance away.
We looked at our sites and found out that two have distances of more than 5 km away. Dalumpines, Agdao and Calamba And yet they sell.
Is being near a place of worship still important in our business? It looks like the internet, better travel - mc bikes have made this point in business, not very important any more. Do you agree?
