Making an exceptional, outstanding product - the only strategy you will ever need.

Looking forward to the future of business

The only central thing in a strategy is creating an exceptional, mesmerizing, product that squarely meet customer wants and needs.   ie building the best mouse trap  But many say that it is not enough.   You need marketing, sound supply chain HR, and finance tactics too   Yes.

But central to that is the excepttional product.  You must be unique. If you are a me too product, just like what is happening in PHL and elsewhere in the world, then the business has not future and destined to fail.  During the pandemic, many put up coffee shops and stay cation, airbnb structures.  Now many have closed shop.  Unless you have differentiated well enough, the business does not seem viable and will not last long.   I learned this from a Harvard professor who lectures at the GSB I worked for.  It was free.

So today, this involves upping customer experience.  

    In our business this can be translated to:

    1  Welcome arch

    2.  Multi colored shrubs, a riot of colors

    3.  Kakaibang tribute and interment

    4.  Having celebration nooks for birthday, and death annoversary

    5.  Continuity busiensses.  

Keeping customers for life.

Several millionaire gurus advised that in sales or entrepreneurship, do something for free as knowledge, seek payment for execution

Some successful billionaires, sales gurus  like Dan Martell have spoused doing something for free. And worth mentioning are freemium business model as exemplefied by Wiki, Linked in, Google, You Tube and many more.   Ordinary products are free, but premium models are not.

Martell says that knowledge, skills can be shared for free, but execution, like workshop, mentoring, seminars are not.   You attract followers when you give something for free.  

What you sow you reap.   If you have sowed so much prosperity and wealth to other people, to the govt and the community, there is no other consequence except progress in due time.  

And besides that is called for in the scriptures.   

Find your gift and share with others.

Its campaign  time and most likely this measure will mean more votes for the members of this HOR.  However iit does not dwell among the ones who will bear the burden;   its so easy to pass the measure wihtout the consent of the stakeholders.   Most likely:

    1.  It will cause the demise of small scale and medium enteprises.   At this stressful business environmnet:   inflation, shrinking markets, unstable situation, many can ill afford to survive if at all pay these wage hike.  That is why we have wage board.   This is a hefty  P5,000/month wage hike per month or P65,000 per year.  And if you have 100 employees, thats a whopping P6,500,000 a year, a number that  many cant afford.

   2.  Inflation.  Most likely the manufacturers, producers, traders will pass on the additional burden adding upon layers of price increase in the supply chain:   producers, traders, truckers, middlemen.   We end up with nothing.  Price increases will eat up the gains in wages.

All ready there are allegations of wrong doing in the budgetting process:   insertions, ayudas that really campaign kitties of incumbent senators and congressmen running into billions and now this:   grabbing benefits/more ayudas from private sectors.

Its not easy earning money in business.  It takes hard work, diligence, blood, sweat and tears,  And it all it takes is a stroke of pens to end all these economic activity to help build the nation
