Most expensive universities in the Philippines; does studying in these schools guarantee success in life

The schoool where I studied only charged P700.00 sem,  It is now no 9.

Does studying in these schools make you a better person or wealthy.  The reality is that they dont.  Most who went abroad among my classmates ended up as civil servants abroad.  A waste of local scarce resources.  No wonder we are being left behind.
