Issuing pdc in a business deal - ante mano may criminal case na?
Looking forward to the future of business
There was a business deal being proposed where our party is required to issue pdc. I object to that because there is a prima facie act that you committed a crime ie that your pdc is unfunded Let it just be civil transaction not a criminal deal.
