I came across a tricycle laden with many stuff for sale at Caliraya;  there were two guys on the tricycle and they even had a public address system.  They said their business is 20-25 - everything for sale at 20- 25.  They even had balloons for sale.

I would say they are ingenious - a business designed to meet the affordability of CD market,  and delivered at your doorstep.  I hope the guys are successful.
