Are you unique, are you awesome?

Be you.

In strategy, uniqueness, being you, being different count.

Or are you just a copy cat or part of trending crowd?

Are you a benchmarker?

What Market Leaders practice

In order to predict the future, you have to invent it.  Thus said Peter Drucker the famous managemetn guru of the 21st century.

Thus an entrepreneur must do much to lead in his industry by practicing some or all of the tips:

l. Teach

Subject: [Duct Tape] free eBook 7 Tools that will help you get so much more done

Jorge,

I love to find and explore new tools. In fact, it just may be one of my
most favorite things to do.

Now, I don't do this so I can share all the new cool things coming at
us everyday, I do it so that I can find new ways to use technology to
get better at some very practical things.

I think that's the goal most of us have - how to use technology to do
more with less and still keep human connections high.

With that in mind I would like to tell you about an eBook that I created
for my friends at Hubspot. The eBook dives into 7 tools that I use
most days to get more done.

The thing people have told me they like most about this information
is that not only do I tell you how to use the tools I spend a great deal of
time explaining why I use these tools.

I find that a lot of business owners get overwhelmed with all the new
stuff that gets hyped and few people are explaining why some new
tool is practical in terms of growing your business and getting more
done in the precious time you have.

Okay, enough about that - go grab your free productivity handbook

Thanks for all your support!

Regards,

John Jantsch

One Word (Few Words) to Describe Your Business Concept

ProfJorge Entrep

In preparing the business plan, the most important part is describing the business concept which would be in the fewest number of words possible.  Dr Morato says that it should be 30 words or less that describes the product, the PTM, where it is sold and even the pricing.  E. g.  Vente sells trinkets to all people of all ages in malls at price of not more than 20 pesos each (Vente)

But this lesson from from Duct Tape Marketing is more demanding and rigorous:  what is he one word that describes your business;  thus Apple is a design company.  What about your company?

I have seen conversation mapping and mind mapping exercises, and always the question is:  what is your tag?   what is one word that describes the gamut of ideas just seen?

Can you do it?  Can you describe your company in one word

It is about focus.
