8.  The value justification:

   1.  Is the product worth it?

  2.  Is it solving the customer problem

9. Options for the customer

   1.  Give it up, go for the  old product or strategy

  3.  Risk reversal:   Can you guarantee the product;   (will the customer abuse?)
