I learned that a leading memorial park company with 20+ registered memorial park in their belt, and (17 operating) has hired two business development officer to look for projects. While they have many leads, the company spends roughly say 2.4 million a year and they may have nothing to show yet even as leads:
Compare this with the possibilities that came to me:
1. In NCR, a 2.4 hectare memorial park besides a mall with potential sales of a P1B. It was
botched because my very own brother did not sign a grant of ROW
2. Island province in Western Visayas:

next ten years. The start is a modest 3.7 hectare project We will
take a 25% interest (sana 40%)
3.7 x .55/2.5 = 8,000 plots x 40 320,000,000
4. A foreclosed memorial park in NE Luzon. 8.8 hectare
Free portion is about 14,000 plots say 40 k 560,000,000
Total 3, 560,000.00
That will place us at Forbes list (although not formally) The revenues from
interment services, funeral service, are not included....
