This is very true if you have a multi branch business. Small expenses left uncontrolled multiply by the number of branches. I had an MBA student, plant manager of a soft drinks company who was able to wrangle from his professor, VP for the packaging company P0.005 off the price of PET bottle. He orders 10,000,000 a day. How much is that per month, per year.
So are there small holes in your enterprise? Audit now and find out. Are there acctg staff siphoning cents from your AP or Receivables
