You create a winning team with some of these tips:
1. Create a parameter within which small decisions can be made by frontliners, say deciding how to spend $l00 to repair remedy the problems at the field. 95% of these problems can be remedied by a $l00
2. Do not hire on the basis of skill alone but based on enthusiasm and passion
3. Involve the families;
4. Challenge them to step outside the box.
5. Use incentives
6. Deal with egos and individualists and bring on the table
7. Be an accessible and inclusive leader
