WaPo's Matthews: Insider Trading Should Be Legal

Washington's Post Dylan Matthews thinks that insider trading should be legalized.  The Atlanta Federal Reserve bank study says that insider trading makes market more efficient.

It is bizarre that selling is prohibited but not holding on to the stock (if there are positive news that the insider knows about)

(MIchael Douglas was jailed because Sheen turned against him in a insider trading scam).  Banning insider trading gives a stock market a sense of fairness;  but it is not fair.
