A lot of things can be innovated in the business. Most focus on the brand and the product ie to inject enthusiasm into tired and old brand. But today, such innovation is no longer adequate. There are many businesses that evolved using the business model canvass. The iphone, facebook are not product innovations but are business model innovations. The technology used exist and are available. As matter of fact. Apple sub conned Iphone to Samsung (and now they are suing its other).
