Folllow up on Flood Monitoring (follow up on Mr Lao)
Every generation needs a revolution - an ENTREPRENEURIAL REVOLUTION.
AS I watched Nat Geo last night's feature on the African Rift, I noted that Egyptians eons ago monitored flooding of the Nile River. They had markings on stones erected along the river where flood levels were measured.
So if Egyptians were able to do it thousands of years ago, then we too in MM, today modern times, can monitor floods, predict them perhaps or at least warn motorists like Mr Lao how deep they can be.
Ancient Egyptians were able to do it; so much more with modern Pinoys who have access to all modern gadgets and budgets.
