Ten years ago Mr. Tony Acyatan, a CPA, and who is a main partner of an accounting firm bearing his name, gave me a book entited "It is all about Getting Better" and it was a shocker when I read it. It is contrary to the prevailing mindset and all the previous book I read, " Think and Grow Rich", "The Millionaire Next Door", ie that your goal in life is to be rich, even be rich quick. It is true then and it is true now.
That is why we thousands of young girls going to Japan and who are millionaires, and judges and justices with reams of condominium titles, vast tracts of land, and millions in bank accounts, both peso and dollar.
Your goal in life is not just to make money (we need some amounts of money) but to be better. Kaizen is not just for company. It applies to everyone. Your goal in life is to cultivate the God given gifts to serve yourself and others too.
Money can not give you good health and happiness. Success and happiness are two different matter.
Your goal is be better than yourself everyday, no matter how small the change is.
