The security business is a tough business, but the battle is in the area of getting the accounts where the sop to the contact matters. He has dropped very difficult accounts: those who demand so much but do no pay on time (customers are those who pay and pay on time.... he who DOES NOT PAY??!)
They have not undergone price cutting, but more on value added + services.
They strive to play by the rules, pay what is required by law to the SG. However, despite that the SG do no follow their guidelines. Always and ever that is our problem... and their problem. The manpower....
