What are the common complaints about leaders?
He does not delegate;
He does not have people skills,
He is a mini dictator;
He does not inspire me
What does it take to be leader? Many things and one size does not fit all.
Some are eclectic (tries to combine all the best in himself)
Some are mentors (they work behind the scene and works best in one and one) lacks vision though
Some are country clubber and motivate you with their charms and network
Some are driver director and roll up sleeves and work hard like anybody else.
What type of leader are you?
