Here is a great sharing from Senior VP of Amazon who said that customer focus drove the growth of Amazon into what it is now. Customer delight is a great must have for any enterprise for it to grow. But most pay just lip service to it. A commitment to customer service can do wonders for the growth and stability of the company.
