And the US govt has taken steps to tax the wealthy (just like desperate govt elsewhere in the world) eg. taxing cars over 25l hp, exit tax of 30% for money being taken abroad in excess of $50,000. What else will govt do to finance its deficit spending (to feed the poor) and if credit dries up (from China?) It is not just income but taxing the wealth as well.
And the govt has the means to track you, even through your bank
It is high time according to the author: l. to hide the assets 2. and have income that the govt does not know. It can not tax you. And he says this is legal.
