One can see the evolutions of business start ups in a place.  For hotels, they must have started with room sharing in their residential houses, apartelles, hostels,  inns and then into hotels. Hotels must have started as shacks.

Restaurants started as turo turo, into 2 then 4 table restaurants.  But this town is evolving.  New investments are made into new buildings and capital investments.
