a. Personal Vision Statement:  Managing a leading business in Norway within it`s branch.

b. Personal Mission Statement:
My purpose is to constantly stimulate my mind in order to find unique solutions to my business and any occurring problems I might enhance. Through dedication and persistency I will start up a business and within the next three years I will have a salary of at least 500 000 NOK.

I will use this subject to learn more about starting up a business and see whether my idea is feasible or not. Also I hope to improve my creative skills and to easier acknowledge business opportunities and possible improvements.
