Unique Selling Proposition of Arch Zuniga's AZAP

Arch Bong Zuniga in his talk yesterday to the Sentrep class emphasized the uniqueness of the business:

l.  His expertise.  His expertise is bank design.  His hard work in this field gave him the expertise.

2.  He personally makes the presentation.  No one , no subordinate makes the client call.  He makes the presentation.  It gives weight to the sales call.

3.  He attends to the customer fast - today;  not tomorrow, but today..

4.  He personally checks that all the drawings that comes out of AZAP are complete and accurate.  If it is needed that he does not sleep to make sure, as he did yesterday, he will do it.

5.  He makes sure that all the requirements are delivered on time. 

He experienced non payment from clients, or accounts being taken by competitors.  But he just moves on.
