Joven Reyes, the class valedictorian, summa cum laude, BS math, came well dressed in barong tagalog, having come from a wedding, with his wife Rose. Rose is the CEO of Makati Medical Center and part of the MVP group (PLDT)
His last stint was with AIG and he oversaw the sale of the non insurance business of AIG after the 2008 financial crisis which saw many too big to lose financial institutions in US to go belly up. He had an illustrious career in the corporate world prior to AIG
His glorious academic record saw him take up Harvard MBA while with J & J. He worked with P & G, PCIBankard, and Citibank.
He was downsized with AIG; has joined FEU MBA program as one of its professors, and the government. He will be next COO CFO of SBMA. SBMA is in a turn around situation. It has not and does not have enough cashflow/revenues. We wish you more power Joven.
He recalled that Fr. Joe Cruz,the dean of AdeMU angry at the graduation valedictory address, and announcing that he did not appreciate the facts in the valedictory address, withheld issuing the diploma to Joven for 5 years.
