I was in Nueva Vizcaya last Sunday until the Chinese New Year. We stayed in a hotel that was the former residence of former governor. Although the service and the training was spotty, the former government official should be congratulated for his entrepreneurship, for his courage, creativity and innovation. I guess all leaders must be enterprising. And you must back up your career, not with large houses and real estate, but a way to build wealth for you and other people.
