Entrepreneurship is very much alive and kicking in the provinces.  Driven by efficient and regular bus trips and shortened travel from Manila via the SCTEX (cutting travel time by 2 hours?)   There is much progress going on in the provinces.  If we do not watch out, Manila boys will be poorer than Probinsiyanos

Compare that with certain towns in Southern Luzon where there plenty of nice people around and criminal elements abound:   where there assassins, people who do not pay for their goods, or acquire goods and property that are not theirs.
