It is  from Africa, therefore it is an example of ________scam.   Beware.  I looked like a Dear Kuya Eddie  letter but as you read on....

So many deceitful activities on line....

Relevant because we just completed illegal activity (group creative activity)  Real scammers are more creative......

We have to be smarter and more creative in our counter measures and their detection.
