Group 2 Menu



Here's the menu again from Group 2.

Menu 1: Cheesy Snowman Delight
 
The Cheesy Snowman Delight is best for everyone who is fond of eating cheese and fruits. We have come up with a recipe that has cheese as its main dish topped with Mango and strawberry. It is served in a unique plate blended with pineapple juice to add more flavor.
 
Ingredients
 
10 ounces cheese                           
½ cup chopped ripe mango
1/2 cup sliced strawberry
2 pieces crab stick
 3 tablespoon pineapple juice
1 red bell pepper
 
How to make it:
 
Remove the stem and seeds of a bell pepper and make it as a bowl. Cut the crab stick into pieces. Mix the chopped ripe mangoes, sliced strawberries in a bowl. Slowly add the pineapple juice and crab sticks. Get the cheese to form a snowman and place it at the side of the bowl. Cool slightly and serve when ready.
 
 
 
 
Menu 2: Sweet Strawberry-Mango Crumble
 
This delicious Sweet Strawberry-Mango Crumble is perfect for all occasion. The combination of white and dark chocolate intensify the sweet flavor while the strawberry and mango leave a lasting taste that will surely love by everybody.
 
Ingredients
 
1 half mango
½ cup sliced strawberry
1 white and dark chocolate bar
 
 How to make it:
 
Crosscut the half mango to make a checker board pattern and make sure not to cut the skin. Turn the mango cheek inside out and push the skin from underneath. Get a plate and place it in a center. Surround the mango with sliced strawberries and add a grated white and chocolate bar on top of it.  Slightly cool and serve when ready.
