What qualities of an entrepreneur I possess?

Determination

By being determine, what you like from the very beginning to achieve or pursue, you'll take every step to have it.  Just like in studying, I want to improve myself that's why I continue to study and enrolled myself in an MBA course in Ateneo.  Though I'm late bloomer in taking my MBA, still I'm determined to finish my Masteral degree while I'm still young.  Because I told myself before in my thirties I don't want to be just an employee and in a rank and file position.  That's why I want to finish my MBA in Ateneo and do well in my studies though sometimes it's hard to be a working student.

Strong Work Ethic

By having a strong work ethic means having concern to your colleagues, clients, and to your employers.  It can also mean doing the right thing and having respect to others.  I, as an employee I also think of my co-workers while I'm on leave, and I make it a point to turn over whatever it is I need endorse to them so that they won't be surprise with the workload that is being turnover to them.

Passion 

Passion is enjoying and loving what you do.  If I really like and love what I do, I put much attention to it and try to improve it.  Just like in cooking, if I really wanted to eat and cook that menu, I'll find a way to know how to cook it.

 Accepting Constructive Criticism and Rejection

It is dealing with rejections.  I accept criticisms though sometimes it hurts but I know these could help me improve myself and I was able to analyse myself as well.

Willingness to Work hard

I'm an industrious employee even at home, I know when I'll be having my own business I will be able to work hard for it to be successful.

Vision

I love dreaming and day dreaming.

What qualities of an entrepreneur are not yet with me?

Competitive

I know that in business a lot of competitors may spring everywhere to compete with you.  I'm not a competitive person maybe because I'm a shy person and I lack self-confidence.  And I would like to develop these three qualities.  My studies and my work now would help me through this. 

Innovative

I'm not an innovative person in leading for change.  But in having an experience to many business or by being an observer I would be able to develop this one. 3.0
