To be the epitome of woman empowerment and to be a living proof of Paulo Coehlo’s vision in The Alchemist that "When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it"

To be a well-rounded person who excels in all aspects of her life and has the capacity to touch and change lives.  To be able to lead change in the employment system, particularly for the marginalized individuals.

c. Desired Material Reward for the next 5 years – SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic, Time-Based)

6.  What will be the value if any of the subject, to your profession?

I was trained to treat my job as if I owned the company.  I will not be an employee for the rest of my life but I want to do recruitment as long as I still have the capacity.  Still, I want to explore how feasible it will be for me to start my own business.  I know this subject can help me with this.

With 1% perspiration and 99% inspiration (studying like a madman, applying what I learn at work, making sure my creative juices are pumping, and dreaming BIG)
