Course Content of a Subject on International Entrepreneurship
These are based on the materials provided by Dr. Manuel Serapio, University of Colorado Denver presented at the Paciber convention in Seoul, South Korea, July l to 4, 20ll:
Course objectives:
l. Determination of international business opportunities (as opposed to domestic opportunities)
2. Determination of appropiate business deals,
3. Determination of appropiate entry strategies.
4. From idea/concept to execution
Course Modules:
l. Introduction to crossborder opportunities
2. Structuring/negotiating international business deals
3. Entry modes (trading, joint venture, licensing, full scale manufacturing, offshore, BPO?
4. Cases/projects.
